This award recognizes a security practitioner or team that demonstrates innovation and outstanding oversight of an application security program. Award nominations will be considered from security practitioners, including members of the Twin Cities OWASP chapter.
Ashley Mancuso > Senior Director, Product Cybersecurity, Johnson & Johnson
Ashley Mancuso is the Vice President, MedTech BISO & Product Security at Johnson & Johnson. Ashley is responsible for securing all MedTech information assets, as well as the product security function. As part of the BISO function, she & her team embed directly with MedTech teams whose mission is to reach more patients and restore more lives to provide proactive security and risk management leadership. Additionally, she is accountable for the ISRM product security function. Ashley holds a BS degree in Decision and Information Science from the University of Florida. She is based in Irvine, CA where she resides with her husband and their five children. Ashley is an avid skier and enjoys running & spending time with her family.

Experienced Information Security and Cloud Architect with a history of working with several large public and private sector employers. Skilled in many compliancy and Framework areas including NIST, ISO 27001 with a solid background in IT Strategy, Data Center, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Additional extensive background doing secure design architecture with many cloud-based platforms and technologies.
