Cyber Security Summit Intern Program
Beginning in March and extending through the end of October, interns work with CSS Think Tank leaders in a designated project management role to support the Cyber Security Summit. Additionally, interns receive invitations to participate in a variety of professional organization activities and other fun events during the year. Interns will:
- Support committee coordination and project progress
- Create and distribute meeting schedules and documentation
- Participate in two 60-minute committee meetings/month
- Work with a designated committee director or program lead
- Explore the value of a Cyber Coach / mentor
- Engage in a series of career-focused Q&A webinars with industry leaders

Students selected will be notified in February and serve from March 1-November 1, 2026. Interns chosen are expected to be available to set up and attend the full Summit event in October. Specific dates and the Twin Cities-area venue will be posted here when confirmed.
The CSS internship is an unpaid position. Interns receive a complimentary 2026 Cyber Security Summit VIP All Access Pass. Additional invitations to year-round industry meetings, networking events and other career activities support each student’s professional development. The CSS intern program format includes a mentorship element and a broad forum that enables connections to public and private sector cybersecurity executives, and representatives.
