Vince Aimutis is the Vice President – Director of Information Services and CISO at Federated Mutual Insurance in Owatonna, Minnesota, where he leads the information security, infrastructure, help desk, client, and platform/middleware teams. Known as a particularly passionate technology enthusiast, his broad experience includes network infrastructure, software development, project management, and other infosec roles.

A ”Big” since 2010, Vince helps Federated raise millions of dollars each year for Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and is also a board member to CIOs Against Cancer, which supports American Cancer Society research. Vince is a co-chair to the Evanta CISO Governing Body and serves on several CISO Advisory Councils. Vince is a mentor to both leaders and InfoSec newcomers and thrives on connecting with others. A self-described “major foodie”, Vince finds work-life balance through travel, fishing, gardening, and all things cooking/smoking/baking.
