Lead Medical Security Engineer, Battelle’s DeviceSecure® Services
Stephanie Domas is Lead Security Engineer for Battelle’s DeviceSecure® Services. In this role, she works with medical manufactures on design, architecture, verification, testing, and execution of security best practices in the development of new medical devices as well as penetration testing and cybersecurity risk mitigation of legacy systems.
Ms. Domas is a member of the several AAMI and UL working groups, contributing towards security guidance and standards for medical devices. Ms. Domas is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Ohio, and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). She has given a TEDx talk on medical product security, publishes articles on medical cybersecurity topics, and has spoken at industry leading events on medical cybersecurity. She loves to teach, and also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Ohio State University College of Computer Engineering.
