Aaron Call, the state’s Chief Information Security Officer, leads Minnesota’s efforts in leveraging innovative and cost-effective solutions to minimize risks to government data and systems. Aaron has a background in law, law enforcement and information security in the Department of Defense and private sector. After arriving at Minnesota IT Services in 2014, Aaron’s role as Director of Information Security focused on facilitating the smooth consolidation of different security operations within the state, pinpointing efficiency opportunities, and helping Minnesota IT Services deliver superior security services to partner agencies. He became Minnesota’s Chief Information Security Officer in November 2017.
