Michael Rogers is CISO and Director of Security and Compliance at Hormel Foods, where he applies more than 25 years of technology experience and information security leadership. Mike has held a variety of roles in infrastructure engineering/architecture, secure development, compliance, access management, and cyber defense. Mike earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and is passionate about business and IT risk, studying incentives, and helping others reach their potential. He lives in St. Paul with his wife and two spoiled dogs.
