AJ Carlson is a Special Agent for the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) and Task Force Officer for the FBI. Prior to working cyber cases at the FBI, AJ spent more than a decade in a variety of first responder roles, including general investigations work and police negotiator experience. A division of the Department of Public Safety (DPS), the BCA provides investigative and other specialized services to prevent and solve crimes in partnership with law enforcement, public safety, and criminal justice agencies.
