Former Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie now serves as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for Minnesota. Mark previously served as President of Global Minnesota, one of the nation’s oldest and largest global-minded civic organizations, to support the mission of advancing international understanding and engagement. Mark has a long history of dedicated public service roles at the State Board of Investment, State of Minnesota Executive Council, and the federal Election Assistance Commission Advisory Board, to name a few.
