Tim Herman is President of the InfraGard Minnesota Members Alliance, and an Enterprise Account Director at Online Business Systems where he helps organizations with digital transformation and cyber security services. Prior to OBS, Tim elevated preparedness for transportation, energy and other critical infrastructure clients through incident response planning and tabletop exercises.

Tim is a 2023 recipient of the Regional InfraGard Members Alliance Leadership Award, and an FBI Citizens Academy graduate. He has also served as a board member to the MN Information Systems Security Association.

Tim is passionate about industrial critical infrastructure security. At MBA Engineering, his work included specialized ICS/OT/IoT/IIoT/SCADA systems programming, integration, analytics, and cyber improvements. Tim has experience as a vCIO and Director of Client Strategy and Success for an IT managed services provider and spent more than ten years as President of SBC, a business strategy and consulting company.
