Christopher Gabbard is a Cybersecurity Advisor with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), assigned to Region V (IL, IN, MI, MN, OH & WI). Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he supports the mission of strengthening the security and resilience of the nation’s critical infrastructure. Prior to joining CISA, Chris served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Ramsey County, Minnesota. Prior to being a CISO, Chris worked as an IT auditor and risk manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, ING, and US Bank. Mr. Gabbard is a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), has Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Management Information System from the University of Northern Iowa.
