CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Partial refunds will be issued if written notification is received by The Event Group, Incorporated by September 23, 2022. A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed per attendee for the VIP All Access Pass and all versions of the Summit Pass (including one-day passes and discounted passes for Students and Government/Academic). A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for the Monday Seminars, Public Sector Workshop, and Tuesday Visionary Awards Dinner. A $10 cancellation fee will be assessed for all other tickets. No refunds will be issued after September 23, 2022. Registrations are transferable to other members of your organization at no cost and must be completed by October 13, 2022. By submitting your registration online, you accept this cancellation and refund policy.

In the event of a speaker cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, The Event Group, Incorporated and the Cyber Security Summit reserve the right to make a substitution. Agenda and speakers are subject to change without notice. By providing your contact information, you authorize The Event Group, Incorporated and the Cyber Security Summit to send you Summit related material by mail, fax, or electronically.

ATTENDEE CODE OF CONDUCT: Summit attendees must abide by a basic code of conduct for acceptable on-site and online behavior. Specifically, the following actions are not permitted and may result in the forfeiture of admission rights:

  • Solicitations
  • Excessively negative and non-productive comments directed at Summit stakeholders including fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors or event organizers


CYBER SECURITY SUMMIT CANCELLATION:
 Neither Party shall be liable for the non-performance of its obligation under this Agreement if such performance is caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, utility outages, communication outages, or any other circumstances which could not have been reasonably foreseen and avoided by commercially reasonable action or are beyond the reasonable control of a Party (“Force Majeure”). A Party shall be excused from performance under this Agreement for the duration of the effects of such Force Majeure circumstances.

COMMUNICATION FROM CYBER SECURITY SUMMIT: Registrants will be added to the Cyber Security Summit’s distribution lists to receive ongoing communication and mailings related to the Summit including the monthly newsletter, on-site and virtual log-in instructions, upcoming speaker presentations, a pre-event swag bag and more.

The 2022 Cyber Security Summit will be recorded for publicity. Please note that as a registrant of this event, you hereby give the Cyber Security Summit and The Event Group, Incorporated permission to publish photographs or video taken of participants during the Summit.
